As Christians, We Should Be Puzzle Pieces Fitly Joined Together

As I began my day, the thought came to me that we are all puzzle pieces.  No one in the Body of Christ is the same shape, the same size or the same color.  Even within our various races, there are color variations.  Just like when we start spreading out the pieces to work on a puzzle, there are all shapes, colors, and sizes and in order to complete the picture, every single piece should fit in place.

Ephesians 4:16 (my favorite book of the bible) talks about each individual part compacting tightly together and supplying each part with what they may need, and in doing so, it makes up the beautiful picture of Christ Jesus Himself.

I truly believe that whether we are Baptist, Episcopalian, Methodists, Holiness, Catholic, Lutheran, Seventh Day Adventist, Black, White, Hispanic, Mexican, Asian, Indian, etc.; whether we are considering ourselves to be in the Body of Christ the hand, the feet or the mouth, we need to come together with love to be fitly joined together creating a complete picture.  As the world looks upon us, they won't see individual pieces but instead they will see that beautiful Bride of Christ.

"...Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:"  Matthew 12:25 (KJV)
